PeptideAtlas is an independent reference for peptide research. It carries evidence-rated profiles for 237 peptides, 1,461 vendor listings assessed against third-party testing and regulatory records, 1,386 independent lab assays, 13 documented blends and stacks, 95 manufacturer profiles, and 155 defined terms. Nothing here is medical advice, and no peptide described as "research use only" is approved for human consumption.
Every peptide profile carries an A-F evidence grade, and the grade refers to the strength of the human evidence, not to how well the compound is thought to work. A means an FDA-approved medication with strong human clinical data. B means meaningful human clinical data supporting efficacy. C means early human trials, or a mixed and unsettled literature. D means animal and preclinical data only. F means mostly anecdotal or unsupported claims. Most compounds discussed in peptide communities sit at D or F, and the profile says so plainly rather than omitting the grade.
Vendor pages are built from records rather than reviews. The strongest signal is third-party purity testing: an assay is ordered from an independent analytical lab, and the certificate of analysis reports measured purity for one specific lot. A vendor advertising 99% purity against a median measured purity materially below that is a discrepancy we publish next to the claim, with the assay count it is drawn from. Alongside the assay data, vendor pages record FDA warning-letter history, whether the storefront is reachable and independently verifiable, and what the vendor states about its own ordering, shipping and returns terms, each fact attributed to the page it came from.
A lab result describes the lot that was tested and nothing else. It is evidence about one batch, not a guarantee about the next one, and a vendor with one excellent assay is not thereby a safe vendor. Purity is also not identity: a compound can be 99% pure and still be the wrong compound, or the right compound at the wrong concentration. Where a vendor has no independent testing at all, the profile says that rather than filling the gap with a rating.
The comparison pages set two vendors side by side on the same records, which is usually the faster route to a decision than reading either profile alone. The tools are free and need no account: reconstitution and dosing calculators, cost-per-milligram comparison, and molecular-weight conversion. The research hub links clinical trials and published studies to the profiles they bear on, and the safety centre covers interactions, adverse events, injection practice and country-by-country regulatory status.
